Raacing the World

Raacing the World

Infernos, Floods as the heat waves

Tide breaches Canutes safe enclave

His command a demand ignored

Nature no nurture says no more

We build our world on the raac

Crumbling concrete that’s no good crack

Aerated, deflated surveys see it

Roof fall down on your head be it

Foundations built on shifting sand

Our world an autoclaved land

And yet we send reinforcements

War is our greatest achievement

Attitudes and aims we must trade

Our greed and envy must let fade

The weather is here, time is now

Humanity past disavow
