Perfect Parkinson's Panacea?

The proposal to promote Parkinson’s poetry-writing,

Preserving the present and the past

Presupposes the powerful possibility,

Of a panacea that hasn’t passed

Past physicians prescribed potent potions

‘Paralysis Agitans’ patients, their prey

Played poker with primary preparations

Posing as Professionals of their day

Today piecemeal progress remains painfully protracted

As pill popping prescriptions still prevail

A positive prognostic pathway is predicted

Probing the Pre-Purposed, for the elusive  Holy Grail

Now as proudly posted Parkinson’s poems

Premiere on the Poets Wall

Surely Pure Prescribed Poetry-writing

Is the perfect panacea for all
