Nuance and nous combine to compose
Sublime moments with great talent that shows
Lyrical lilt and a flow that enchants
Honesty beguiles makes my soul dance

I am not quite on the same page here and perhaps I wrote the poem too fast to truly put the small things on the stage as the brief requested. This is not a judgement based on order of merit I agree that there are wonderful poems from all not just the ladies but the men as well. What I would say is that each poet has an identity and Rina is someone I have heard more than most. She writes with consistency. economy and beauty. She also produces poems in a second language. Her poems are very much her and have a perfect fit to her. I could not write them. Again these things apply to others. …
A nice sentiment Jon, but one that could apply to all the ladies in our circle. In fact I became aware of the skill, passion and power of female Poets and ran a post on my blog a few years back celebrating just that. I read and put to music a selection. Very Yin/Yang!
