We all have bad days when we feel down but please believe me with exercise and the correct medication you can get your symptoms under control.Try and stay strong because a positive mental attitude does really work wonders, I know it can be difficult, but you can turn things around and lead a full and happy life.Personally I refer to my Parkinson’s as Cecil and I find that by giving it a name, I have someone to fight against and this helps me, Because I don’t live with Cecil. Cecil lives with me.Stay strong, Paulette you can still be happy and have a wonderful life ,and I hope you do. Best wishes for the future.Mark
