I'ts Not a Sunset

What’s that colour in the sky?

It’s turning green I wonder why

“Is it fish?” the penguin said

“Get the others. It’s turning red”

So, they stood and looked with awe

Wondering what it was they saw

It may be gone another night

All those colours can’t be right

Look its changing as we stare

Is it the Aurora Borealis there

Never heard of such a thing

What sort of good luck will it bring

It’s just the angels sprinkling dust

Or is the sun starting to rust.

The penguins really want to know

Is it a warning, will it snow?

A vision shared with all of you

It’s not a sunset. But what a view
