'They're getting married....'

They've been 'an item' for several years

And have a growing family -

Like many of their social peers.

Away with drab morality -

Their way is so much better.

Test one's love by cohabiting

Without too many fetters.

And when, at length, you've

Proved your love

And are economically solvent,

Then proclaim it to the world

With a sumptuous fairytale event.
